- Preparation of annual audited accounts for your management company, ensuring compliance with CRO and other regulatory requirements.
Tenancy Management
- Turnkey service for property owners who wish to rent a single property or a total development.
- We will take care of everything for you – we’ll arrange the viewings, vet the tenants, check references and collect the rent and secure deposits.
- We’ll arrange a full clean of the property between tenants and ensure that all contents are listed on your inventory
- We’ll manage all aspects of the property for you and deal with any tenant issues on your behalf.

Service Charge Payment Options
Each Development requires the prompt payment of service charges in order that services be conducted as efficiently as possible.
Global Property Care provides a number of payment options to assist you.
- Payment in full by cheque or cash
- Debit / Credit Card payments accepted
- Quarterly standing order
