Plumbing – we have a fully qualified team of plumbers who can attend to any issues that you may have from preventative maintenance to reactive repairs.

• Leaks – we will ensure that leaks are attended to and repaired immediately as it can lead to much more serious problems if left unattended– don’t risk further damage such as – stained ceiling tiles, water damaged carpets, damaged or unsafe electrics – we give you the assurance that that regular preventative maintenance is carried out by our multi skilled team.
• Drains – problems with blocked drains or pipe work can be hugely unpleasant for all occupants of a building – we undertake all necessary repairs with minimum disruption to your business. We also liaise with landlords/ tenants to identify the source of the issue on your behalf.
• Water testing – Legionella are common colonisers of man made water distribution systems. Global Property Care™ conducts regular on-site water testing of tanks & storage facilities to ensure the safety and welfare of your staff. Legionella pneumophilia bacteria pose a serious threat to humans resulting in Legionnaires disease which can be fatal, make sure it’s tested.
